摘要 6 SPS并联机床加工过程仿真系统是在CAD/CAM/CAE集成软件UG基础上利用VisualC + + 6 0和OpenGL开发的。重点描述图形化仿真模块和后置处理模块 ,并以球冠加工为例 ,验证该加工过程仿真系统的正确性和实用性。 States the simulation of the manufacturing process based on UG in 6-SPS parallel machine tool.The simulation system was developed based on the CAD/CAM/CAE integration software UG using Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL.The paper briefly presents developed modules,stresses the graphic simulation module and post-process module.What’s more,the correctness and practicability of the system have been validated by the simulation of manufacturing process of the part of one sphere coronal.
