Evaluation of Binary Optics Manufacturing Parameters

摘要 从光学设计软件 ZEMAX 的二元光学面位相方程出发,理论分析和推导了二元光学的工艺参数,并用计算机模拟出二元光学面的面形,编制了适用于 ZEMAX 的二元光学工艺参数计算程序,为光学设计和加工提供了参考。 Base on the Phase polynomial equation of Binary 2 surface in ZEMAX optical design software, the manufacturing parameters of Binary Optics were theoretically analyzed and their expressions were deduced. The surface forms of two examples were also stimulated by mathematical software, and the calculating procedure was also coded in to extension program accessible from ZEMAX extend menu.
