试论高师音乐教育专业学生职业技能的培养

A Tentative Exploration on the Development of the Vocational Skills for the College Music Majors

教师职业技能是教师从事教育工作的必要条件。重视对学生教师职业技能的训练 ,是师范院校培养目标的重要体现。高师音乐教育专业作为高师院校的有机组成部分 ,应该加强对学生音乐专业基本技能、口头表达能力。

The vocational skills of teachers are considered the indispensable conditions for the teaching profession. Therefore we should attach enough importance to the training of such skills, which is a significant realization of the educational objectives for the students in normal colleges and universities. An organic part of the normal higher learning, music departments are expected to pay more attention to the cultivation of the following skills and abilities for the music majors: the basic musical skills, the oral presentation techniques, the organization and administration abilities, and the music education and research skills.
