It is desirable of introducing the concept of equilibrium into the realm of politics and carrying through equilibrium analysis in modern politics. It is an important way to understand politics in logic of'interest-institution-role-culture'.Interest balance is the essence of political equilibrium, which does diversify in many aspects, that is, equilibrium of constitutional institution, roles equilibrium, cultural equilibrium and homogenization in the transformation and interaction of political culture.Each of the aspects is indispensable to modern politics, which will keep alive and achieve development well-orderedly and effectively in the assistance of the three aspects.Each aspect is not only a set of analytical reference model , but also a kind of normative criterion.
