摘要
利用紫外线老化试验、电化学交流阻抗试验和盐雾试验对普通氟碳涂层和纳米复合氟碳涂层的性能进行了对比研究 .结果表明 ,与普通氟碳涂层相比 ,纳米复合氟碳涂层的耐紫外老化性能良好 ,其色差值ΔE可降低 2 3% ;纳米复合氟碳涂层体系的电阻值提高一个数量级以上 ;耐盐雾腐蚀性能有显著改善 .
Ultraviolet ageing test,EIS and salt-spray tests are conducted for nanocomposite fluorocarbon coatings(NFC) and conventional fluorocarbon coatings(CFC).The experimental results show that NFC is superior to CFC in resistance to ultraviolet with a color difference value ΔE of 23% lower than that of CFC and in corroson resistance to salt spray and the electrical resistace of NFC is higher than that of CFC for about one order of magnetude.
