摘要
通过高温抗氧化、盐雾腐蚀和应力腐蚀试验研究了 10X11H2 3T3MP -BД不锈钢材料在使用状态 (时效态 )时的耐蚀性能 .结果表明 :该不锈钢材料在试验温度 5 0 0℃和 6 0 0℃时的空气介质中为完全抗氧化 ,在 70 0℃和80 0℃时的空气介质中为抗氧化 ;5 0 0℃和 6 0 0℃下的氧化动力学曲线符合对数规律 ,70 0℃和 80 0℃下的氧化动力学曲线则符合直线规律 ;在 3 5 %NaCl中性盐雾介质中的抗腐蚀性能优良 ;在 3 5 %NaCl溶液中对应力腐蚀断裂存在一定的敏感性 .
The corrosion resistance of 10X11H23T3MP-BД stainless steel in ageing state was studied using high temperature oxidation,salt-spray test and stress corrosion test.The results showed that the kinetics curves of oxidation for the stainless steel agreed with logarithm law at 500℃ and 600℃,and agreed with rectilinear law at 700℃and 800℃.The corrosion resistance to neutral salt-spray test with 3.5% NaCl solution was excellent.Additionally,the steel is susceptable to some extent to stress corrosion cracking in 3.5% NaCl solution.
