摘要
现在,医院“以医疗为中心”的服务模式正逐渐被“以病人为中心”的服务模式所取代,而人性化服务的倡导,又使得“以病人为中心”向“以人为中心”转变,这是医院服务理念和经营理念的重大突破。医疗保健服务面对的是多层次、多样化的需求,必须树立以人为本的服务理念,倡导人性化服务,实施以人为本的服务措施,提高服务效能,把病人的满意作为医院的最佳追求,才是提高医院满意度的最佳选择。
