通过对台州市中心医院运用股份合作制体制,创建现代化民营医院的典型案例的总结和分析,探讨股份合作制体制的股权结构、法人治理结构,所有权、决策权、经营权、监督权四权分离与制衡的相互关系,为建立适合市场经济体制的医院经营运作体制与机制提供参考。
Based on the review and analysis of the typical case of Taizhou Central Hospital, where a modern non-governmental hospitalis developed through share-holding cooperation system, the article explores the stock right structure, structure of legal body governing, and therelationship between separating and restricting of ownership, right to make decision, right to operate and right to supervise, in order to makereference to developing operating system/mechanism for hospita development based on marketing economic system.
