“三中心”并立让医院发展提速

摘要 随着医疗市场的开放,民营和跨国资本的进入,医疗市场的多元化竞争局面正在形成,医院企业化的管理或集团化的经营正成为一种趋势,医院间的竞争已不仅体现在医疗技术、服务上,在资本运营、管理模式上的竞争也日趋激烈,这对于医院那种简单地满足于通过成本核算进行管理的模式产生了巨大的冲击。因此,如何提高医院的现代管理水平以便向国际化接轨已成为当今医院管理的重要话题。“三心”并立是模拟现代企业管理运作的重要模式,也是增强医院生存发展能力、提高医院竞争力的重要手段。 Along with the opening of medical service market and the introduction of non-governmental/transnational capital, multiplecomponent competition is formed in medical service market, as a result, the trend is enterprise management or group operation of hospital, thecompetitions among hospitals are not only in medical technology and service, but also in capital operation and managerial pattern, this is a greatchallenge to the managerial pattern in which a hospital conduct management simply by accounting cost. Therefore, how to enhance the hospital's managerial level to meet the international standards becomes an important topic in hospital management nowadays. '3 centers exist' side byside is not only an important pattern imitated from modern enterprise managerial/operational pattern, but also is an important measure to improvethe capacity for a hospital to survive and develop as well as to improve hospital's competition.
