高血糖与皮肤发病率关系的研究

A study on the relationship between high blood sugar and the dermatosis incidence

目的 探讨高血糖与皮肤发病率之间的关系。方法 研究 15 0名高血糖患者近一年内皮肤病发病情况 ,测其皮肤发病率并与 15 0名血糖值正常者进行对照比较 ;根据高血糖病史时间的不同分别以 1年、2年、3年、4年 (包括 4年以上 )计 ,测其皮肤发病率并进行比较 ,同时测算高血糖病史时间与皮肤发病率之间相关关系。结果 高血糖组的皮肤发病情况与对照组皮肤发病相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组的皮肤发病率比较有高度显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;1年高血糖病史皮肤发病率为 45 .0 0 % ,2年高血糖病史皮肤发病率为 63 .3 0 % ,3年高血糖病史皮肤发病率为 70 .0 0 % ,4年高血糖病史皮肤发病率为 77.2 7%。高血糖病史 1年的皮肤发病率与高血糖病史 3年以上皮肤发病率比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高血糖病史时间与皮肤病发病率呈正相关关系 (r =0 .64 )。结论 高血糖能够增加皮肤病的发病机会 。

Objective To explore the relationship between high blood sugar and the dermatosis incidence.Methods The dermatosis incidences of 150 high blood sugar patients were studied and the results were compared with the dermatosis incidences with another 150 people with normal blood sugar. Then according to their different disease history of high blood sugar, these high blood sugar patients were classified into four groups: one-year group, two-year group, three-year group and four-year group. The dermatosis incidences were measured and compared. At the same time, the relationship between the disease history of high blood sugar with dermatosis incidences was calculated.Result The dermatosis incidence of the high blood sugar group showed significant difference with that of the normal control group (p<0.05). The comparison of the incidences of the two groups showed statistically significant differences (p<0.01). The dermatosis incidence of one-year high blood sugar patients was 45%; the incidence of two year was 63.30%; the incidence of three year was 70.00% and the incidence of four year was 77.27%. The comparison of the dermatosis incidences of high blood sugar patients of one year with the patients of three years and above showed significantly difference (p<0.05). The length of disease history of high blood sugar manifested a positive relationship with the dermatosis incidence (r=0.64).Conclusion High blood sugar can enhance the opportunity of the dermatosis onset. The dermatosis incidence manifests a positive relationship with the length of disease history of high blood sugar.
