输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石(附136例报告)

Treatment of urteral stones with the use of ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripter(report of 136 cases)

目的 总结 13 6例输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术 (URS +PL)治疗输尿管结石的临床效果和操作体会。方法 回顾性分析 13 6例输尿管结石行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的临床资料。结果 本组 13 6例输尿管结石 ,12 9例治疗成功 ,成功率 94.9%。并发症发生率 5 .4% ;上段、中段、下段输尿管结石的治疗成功率分别为 89.3 %、92 .9%和 97.0 %。结论 输尿管镜加腔内碎石 ,可作为中、下段输尿管结石的首选治疗方法。操作中应尽量击碎结石而避免反复腔内钳取结石。

Objective To summarize the clinical effect and operating experience of URS and PL for ureteral calculi.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the data of 136 cases of URS and PL for ureteral calculi.Results The whole successful rate is 94.9% and the complication rate is 5.4%.The successful rate for upper,middle and lower ureteral stone are 89.3%,92.9% and 97.0%respectively. Conclusion With the mastery and development of the endoscopic skill,the therapeutic effect of URS and PL is improving continuously.URS and PL should be the choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral calculi.
