犬椎间盘退变超声显像的初步实验研究

摘要 目的:明确应用超声显像评价椎间盘退变的可行性,为临床应用奠定基础。方法:对13只不同年龄犬腰骶部椎间盘进行离体超声扫查,根据椎间盘退变的病理基础对超声图像进行分析并将其分级。结果:超声图像大致分为4级退变阶段,纤维环与髓核在每个退变阶段的声像图上均有不同的特点。结论:超声能够清晰显示椎间盘组织的内部结构信息,反映其进行性退变的病理结构改变。 Objective:To determine the possibility of ultrasound imaging in the detection of structural changes associated with intervertebral disc degeneration.Method:Explanted lumbosacral discs from 13 dogs of different age were scanned using ultrasound and the images were graded according to pathology of the intervertebral disc degeneration.Result:Four grades were designed to allow assessment of the ultrasound images obtained from the discs. At each of the stages, ultrasonic appearance would change as degeneration progressed in both the anulus and nucleus.Conclusion:Ultrasonography of the intervertebral disc is capable of producing images that contain a high degree of structural information and display well the pathologic condition related to disc degeneration.
