过程工业用汽系统优化

摘要 建立了以用汽系统的 损失最小为目标函数的优化数学模型,确定了各级蒸汽用户应充分利用对应本等级的外界输入蒸汽,使节流下来的蒸汽达到最小的基本原则,实现对用汽系统的优化操作。最后,以某石化厂用汽系统为例,验证了提出方法的有效性。 Steam is largely used in process industries. Increasing of the steam utilization efficiency is importantfor saving energy and improving economic benefit. The steam-using system optimization model is established inthis paper with the objective function of minimum exergy loss. The fundamental rule is determined that each steamconsumer should make the most use of the corresponding steam from outside and the throttle steam from uppersteams should be minimized. A petroleum chemical enterprise with steam-using system is used as a case study andthe validity of the method is verified.
