试论我国家族企业人力资源获取模式

摘要 改革开放以后逐渐发展起来的家族企业是我国经济生活中一支举足轻重的力量,而选择合理的人力资源获取模式是家族企业能否源源不断地获取到符合其自身发展所需要的人力资源的关键。本文从三个方面对我国家族企业人力资源获取的模式进行了研究,即我国家族企业人力资源获取模式的演进过程、现存模式的主要缺陷、优化人力资源获取模式的途径。最后提出了我国家族企业人力资源获取理想模式应该具备的基本特征。 The family enterprises, which have grown gradually since the reform and open of China, act an important role in Chinese economy. Choosing a reasonable mode of human resource obtaining is the key of family enterprise obtaining the human resource constantly, which it is suitable to the development of family enterprise. From three aspects, this paper discusses the mode of human resource obtaining of family enterprises, including the evolution process of the mode of human resource obtaining of family enterprises, the main blemish of the mode, the path which pushes the mode of human resource obtaining better. At last, put forward the basic characteristic that the ideal mode of human resource obtaining of family enterprises should have in China.
