摘要 在中小学信息技术教育改革和发展的过程中,中小学信息技术教师边缘化的现象越来越严重。文章从探究中小学信息技术教师边缘化的原因出发,提出了一系列解决中小学信息技术教师边缘化的对策。 In the reforms and development of IT education in elementary and middle schools, the problem of the marginalization of IT teachers has become more acute. This paper first offers a description of this phenomenon. Currently the status of IT teachers is very low and they are usually considered as non-teaching staff. Their workload is heavy and their pay is low. There are several reasons for this situation: schools and students do not have a correct understanding of the nature of IT lessons; IT teachers have a very narrow view of their responsibilities; people's understanding of the aim of education is outdated and examination-oriented; and some students are obsessed with online games and chatting, and schools and parents are concerned that IT education may make this problem more serious. This paper offers some possible solutions to these problems: better positioning of the role of IT teachers in curriculum integration; continued education for IT teachers; a change in the conceptualization of IT education for schools and parents; more resources on IT education; more training for teachers and parents to communicate with students in order to develop their interest in IT.
