高效液相色谱法测定感冒一小时胶囊中异欧前胡素和蛇床子素的含量

Determination of isoimperatorin and osthol in Ganmao Yixiaoshi capsule by RP-HPLC

目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法对感冒一小时胶囊中羌活、独活的指标成分异欧前胡素、蛇床子素同时测定。方法 :采用HypersilC18柱 ,流动相为乙腈 水 (4 2 5∶5 7 5 ) ,检测波长 32 0nm。结果 :线性范围异欧前胡素 0～0 3975 μg,蛇床子素 0～ 0 382 5 μg ,相关系数异欧前胡素 0 9999,蛇床子素 0 9997,平均回收率异欧前胡素98 1% ,蛇床子素 99 8%。结论 :方法简便、准确、灵敏可靠 ,适用于制剂及药材中异欧前胡素和蛇床子素的分析测定。

Objective: To develop a method for the determi na tion of isoimperatorin and osthol in Ganmao Yixiaoshi capsule by RP-HPLC. Method: The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C 18 c olumn and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetonitrile-water (42.5 ∶57.5). The detection wavelength was at 320 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0～0.397 5 μg for isoimperatorin and 0～0.382 5 μg for osthol respectively. The correla tion coefficient was r=0.999 9 and r=0.999 7. The average recovery of isoimperatorin was 98.1 % and that of osthol was 99.8%. Conclusion: The method sensitive, simple and accurate for the determination of iso imperatorin and osthol concentrations in Ganmao Yixiaoshi capsule. [
