Studies on the flavonoids in herb from Scutellaria barbata

摘要 目的 :研究中药半枝莲中黄酮类化学成分的种类 ,解析它们的结构。方法 :通过硅胶柱色谱 ,并运用硅胶薄层制备以及凝胶柱色谱的方法分离纯化化合物 ,利用质谱、核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析化合物结构。结果 :分离得到了 5个黄酮类化合物 :芹菜素 (1) ,木犀草素 (2 ) ,芹菜素 7 O 葡萄糖醛酸乙酯 (3) ,芹菜素 7 O β 葡萄糖苷 (4 ) ,芹菜素 7 O 新陈皮糖苷 (5 )。此外还得到苯甲醛 (6 )。结论 :化合物 3,4 ,5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study flavonoids in Scutel la ria barbata and elucidate their structures. Method: Comp ounds were isolated and purified by normal column chromatography, paper thin lay er chromatography and Sephadex chromatography. The chemical structures were eluc idated by ESI mass and NMR spectra. Result: Five flavonoid s were isolated from S. barbata and identified as apigenin (1), luteolin (2) , ethyl-7-O-apigenin-glucuronate (3), apigenin-7-O-β-glucoside (4), and apigenin-7-O-neohesperidoside (5), in addition to benzyaldehyde (6). Conclusion: Flavonoidglycoside (3), (4) and (5) were isolated from S. barbata for the first time. [
