丹参注射液及其活性成分丹参素、原儿茶醛对人红细胞胞浆Ca^(2+)浓度影响的实验研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的 :探讨丹参水溶性部位钙拮抗作用的主要有效成分。方法 :采用荧光探针Fura 2定量分析法 ,分别测定丹参注射液及其活性成分丹参素、原儿茶醛对离体健康成人红细胞胞浆Ca2 + 浓度的影响。结果 :丹参素和原儿茶醛均有降低成人红细胞胞浆Ca2 + 浓度的作用 ,并表现出剂量依赖性 ,二者合并用药 ,药效相加 ,作用与丹参注射液相似。结论 :丹参素和原儿茶醛可能是丹参注射液钙拮抗作用的主要有效成分。 Objective: To study the predominant calcium-an ta gonist components of Danshen injection. Method:The effects of danshensu, protocatechualdehyde and Danshen injection on calcium concentratio n in cytoplasm of erythrocytes were examined in vitro by the fluorescent Ca 2+ -chelator fura-2. Result: Either DS182 or PCAD can d ecrease in dose-dependent cytosolic free calcium concentration in human erythro cytes. They had additive effect when mixed, which was similar to Danshen inje ction. Conclusion: DS182 and PCAD may be predominant calcium- antagonist components of Danshen injection. [
