摘要
目的 :建立丹参酮微乳的HPLC指纹图谱。方法 :采用HPLC ,HypersilC18色谱柱 (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5μm) ;流动相 0 5 %磷酸溶液 (A)、乙腈 (B)和梯度洗脱 ,B的体积分数在 6 0min内由 10 %线性增长到 80 % ;检测波长2 70nm ;分析时间 6 0min ;流速 1 0mL·min-1。结果 :标示出丹参酮微乳制剂 7个共有峰。结论 :本方法建立的丹参酮微乳HPLC指纹图谱方法简便、可靠、专属性强 ,为丹参酮微乳质量标准的制定提供了理论依据。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints o f tanshinone microemulsion. Method: HPLC analysis was carried on Hypersil C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) analytical column; the acetonitril e and 0.5% phosphoric acid solution were used as mobile phases with gradient elu tion at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 .The UV detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result: Six peaks on HPLC fingerprint of Tanshinon e Microemulsion are indexed. Conclusion: The method developed in the present study is convenient, reliable, and can be used as a quality con trol method for Tanshinone Microemulsion. [
