人参Rb组皂苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用 被引量:30

摘要 目的 :观察人参Rb组皂苷 (G Rb)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白 胆固醇代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用。方法 :G Rb按 5 0 ,10 0 ,2 0 0mg·kg-1给大鼠连续灌胃 12d ,测血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白 胆固醇及过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量 ,血浆前列环素 (PGI2 )和血栓烷A2 (TXA2 )水平 ,血清和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及全血黏度 ,并观察肝脏脂肪沉积情况。结果 :G Rb 10 0 ,2 0 0mg·kg-1能明显降低甘油三脂 (TG) ,总胆固醇 (TC) ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL c) ,TXA2 ,LPO含量及全血黏度 ,并能明显提高实验性高脂血症大鼠高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL c) ,PGI2 含量及SOD活性 ,亦能使TC/HDL c及LDL c/HDL c比值明显降低 ,PGI2 /TXA2 比值明显升高。病理检查可见肝脏脂肪沉积明显减轻。其作用明显优于洛伐他汀。结论 :G Rb可能通过调节体内血脂代谢、提高PGI2 /TXA2 比值及纠正自由基代谢紊乱发挥抗动脉硬化作用。 Objective: To observe effects of ginsenoside-R b (G-Rb) on total cholesterol,lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism and anti-oxida tion in experimentalhyperlipidemia rats. Method: Hyperlipidemi a rats were respectively given G-Rb 50, 100, 200 mg·kg -1 ·d -1ig for twelve days. Total cholesterol, lipoprotein cholesterol and lipid perox idation (LPO) contents, prostacycline(PGI 2),thromboxane(TXA 2), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and blood viscosity were measured. Fat accumulation in liver was also observed. Result: Triglyceride(TG),total cholestero l(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c) in serum, TXA 2 in plasma , LPO in serum and liver, and blood viscosity were decreased significantly. H igh density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) in serum, PGI 2 in plasma and SOD in serum and liver were significantly increased by G-Rb (100, 200 mg·kg - 1 ) in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. In addition, G-Rb could decrease T C/HDL-c, LDL-c/HDL-c ratio, increase PGI 2/TXA 2 ratio and inhibit fat a ccumulation in liver. Conclusion: G-Rb could have anti-a rteriosclerosis effect by improving cholesterol and lipoprotein-cholesterol m etabolism, suppressing lipid peroxidation, increasing anti-oxidase activity and PGI 2/TXA 2 ratio [
