苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂预处理的质量评价方法研究

Study on quality evaluation methods of pretreatment for polystyrene-type macroporous absorbing resins

目的 :建立大口径毛细管柱气相色谱对苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂预处理方法及合格标准进行控制的方法。方法 :用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱检测自制模型树脂预处理过程中无水乙醇洗脱液的残留溶剂 (二甲苯、二乙苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯、正癸烷 )含量 ,以检测不到残留溶剂为预处理合格指标。将此方法与文献介绍方法对比。结果 :自制模型树脂用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱控制预处理方法及合格标准需要用无水乙醇洗树脂柱 11次 ,用“加数倍水于过柱乙醇溶液中不显浑浊”控制需要洗柱 3次 ,用“至 2 0 0～ 4 0 0nm无紫外吸收峰”控制需要洗柱 2 0次以上。结论 :用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱对苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂预处理方法及合格标准进行控制切实可行。

Objective: To establish a GC method using wide bo re open tubular columns for controlling pretreatment for polystyrene-type macro porous absorbing resins and its eligible standard. Method: A m odel macroporous absorbing resins made in our lab was eluted by anhydrous al cohol. The residual solvents in elution(xylene, styrene, diethylbenzene, div inybenzene, decane) were assayed by GC. When the residual solvents can not be detected, the pretreatment is eligible. Compare this method with the methods referring in the literatures. Result: When using this method t o control the pretreatment, the resins need to be elufe 11 times with anhydrou s alcocol. When using “adding several times water in the alcocol elution will not be turbid” to control the pretreatment ,the resins need to be elufe 3 time s with anhydrous alcocol. When using “the elution have no UV absorption between the wavelength 200～400nm” to control the pretreatment,the resins need to be elute over 20 times with anhydrous alcocol. Conclusi on: The method is simple and feasible. [
