摘要
围绕成都将打造"休闲之都"的城市定位,立足于战略层面的标杆管理高度,按照环环链接的系统思维,从旅游产业培育、旅游目的地建设、旅游吸引物构筑、旅游意象推广、旅游产品设计和旅游品牌连锁经营等六个方面,进行力图落到实处的操作化分析。如此六步战略,从程序化的角度上看,对于其他旅游城市的建设也具有一定的借鉴意义。
Focused on the willing of Chengdu City to build the 'Leisure Metropolis' of city position, based on the benchmarking of stratagem level, and the 'links by links' of system thought, the paper tries to make some operational analysis about six steps of stratagem for its building, which includes tourism industry fostering, tourism destination building, tourism attraction constructing, tourism image promoting, tourism product designing, and tourism brand chain-managing,etc. The six steps above can be used as reference for the development of else cities from the view of procedure.
