论少数民族大学生的信息素质培养

On Training Information Competence of Ethnic Minority University Students

信息素质是一种以获取信息能力为核心的综合素质。目前少数民族大学生普遍存在信息意识薄弱、信息利用被动等现状。因此必须改善信息环境,努力培养学生获取信息的能力,提高少数民族大学生的综合素质。

Information competence is a comprehensive competence mainly reflected in the ability to obtain information.At present,ethnic minority university students generally are weak in information consciousness and passive in making use of information.Therefore,we must improve information environment and make great efforts to train students' ability to obtain information so as to improve their comprehensive competence.
