摘要
目的 :通过对小鼠口服赤芍和赤芍肉桂复方后血浆中芍药苷浓度的比较 ,探讨活血温里复方的药物配伍机理。方法 :色谱条件 :固定相 :C18(2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,7μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (3 8:62 ) ,流速 :0 .5ml/min ,检测波长 :2 3 0nm。比较小鼠灌胃1h后实验组 (赤芍肉桂复方 )与对照组 (赤芍 )血浆中芍药苷浓度的差异。结果 :芍药苷与血浆中其它成分能很好分离 ,在 5 .0~ 2 5 0 .0ng/ μL范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 95 .5 2 % ;最低检测浓度 1.49ng/ μL。赤芍组小鼠平均芍药甙血药浓度为 42 .2 8± 4.43ng/ μL ,而赤芍肉桂复方组为 5 4.2 8± 5 .81ng/ μl(P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :在赤芍肉桂复方中 ,肉桂可提高赤芍主要有效成分芍药苷的血药浓度。
Objective: To observe the effect of combination of Cortex cinnamomi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra on plasma concentration of paeoniflorin in mice. Methods: The conditions of chromatography:stationary phase: A C18 radial compression column(250mm×4.6mm,7um) , mobile phase: CH 3OH H 2O (38∶62), flow rate: 0.5ml/min, detection wavelength: 230nm. To compare plasma concentration of paeoniflorin in control group(Radix Paeoniae Rubra) with treat group(combination of Cortex cinnamomi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra) after 1 hour ig in mice. Results: The linear range of paeoniflorin was 5.0~250.0ng/μL, the limit of detectability was 1.49ng/μL, the average recovery was 95.52%. The concentration of paeoniflorin in plasma for control group was 42.28±4.43ng/μL, treat group was 54.28±5.81ng/μl.There was significant difference between two groups (p<0.01). Conclusion: Cortex cinnamomi can increase concentration of paeoniflorin in plasma of complex prescription of Cortex cinnamomi and Fructus Piperis.
