摘要
目的 :研究苦豆子总碱对60 Coγ射线亚慢性辐射损伤小鼠的防护作用。方法 :腹腔注射苦豆子总碱 ,采用60 Coγ射线低剂量均匀间断照射小鼠 10 6d ,检测外周血象、全血中硒 谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力 (Se GSH PX)、血清谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)及谷草转氨酶 (GOT) ,并对肺脏进行组织形态学观察。结果 :辐射损伤后小鼠外周血白细胞、血小板、网织红细胞数降低 ,GSH PX活力下降GPT、GOT活力增加 ,肺组织损伤严重。苦豆子总碱可促进上述指标恢复。结论 :苦豆子总碱对亚慢性受照小鼠具有一定的保护作用 。
Objective: To study the effects of TASA on sub chronic radiation injury in mice. Methods: The mice were radiated intemittently by 60 Coγ rays for 106 days at the total absorption doses of 3.25Gy,at the same time these mice were treated ip in the different doses of TASA. Then hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell(WBC),reticulocyte count,blood platelet(BP),activities of Se GSH PX、GPT、GOT were measured; histopathology was observed. Results: After radiation injury,WBC,reticulocyte count,BP,activity of Se GSH PX reduced remarkablely;activities of GPT and GOT increased obviously;lunged histopathology changed. TASA can accelerate restoration of those indexs. Conclusion: Sophora alopecuroides alkanoid has certain protective effects on chronic irradiated mice,the mechanism of which may relate with antioxidation.
