止痛胶囊对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及其与氧自由基的关系

The relationship between anti-arthritis effect of Zhitong Capsule (止痛胶囊) and the effect on free radicals level

目的 :探讨止痛胶囊对佐剂性关节炎 (AA)大鼠的治疗作用及其与氧自由基的关系。方法 :大鼠足跖皮内注射弗氏完全佐剂 (FCA)诱发大鼠AA模型 ;观察止痛胶囊对大鼠双侧后足跖肿胀度、血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)的影响。结果 :止痛胶囊明显抑制AA大鼠双侧后足肿胀 ;增加血清SOD活性 ;显著降低LPO水平。结论 :在AA大鼠病理过程中有氧自由基的参与 。

Objective: To study the relationship between anti arthritis effect of Zhitong Capsule (ZTC) and the effect of ZTC on free radical level. Methods: AA rats induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant were treated with ZTC, The degree of swelling in both hind paws and the activities and contests of SOD and LPO in serum were observed. Results: The study showed that ZTC not only reduced the degree of swelling in both hind paws, but also decreased the contests of lipid peroxides and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase. Conclusion: ZTC reduces the level of free radical in serum in AA rats, which suggests that of anti AA actions of ZTC is related to its inhibiton of ree radicals level.
