董必武作为无产阶级法学家的杰出代表,其法学教育思想较为丰富,主要表现为:第一,法学教育的核心在于对人的教育;第二,法学教育的基础在于搞好学校等硬件建设;第三,法学教育的提高在于法学科研的进步。董老的法学教育思想对当前的法学教育改革主要有三点启示:其一,培养复合型法律人才是当前法学教育改革的目标;其二,对法学教师的改革是当前法学教育改革的保证;其三,加强国际之间的法学交流是当前法学教育改革的途径。

As an excellent representative of proletariate jurist, DONG Bi-wu's idea of legal education is very abundant: firstly, the core of legal education is the education to people, secondly, the basis of legal education is the hardware constructions for school and so on, thirdly, the improvement of legal education lies in the progress of legal research. We can learn three kinds of inspiration from DONG's idea: at first, the goal of current legal education is to educate complex type legal talents, secondly, the reform to legal teachers is the key to reform on legal education, thirdly, the way of reform on legal education is to strengthening intercourse of legal study between countries.
