依法治国的核心与关键是依宪法治国,树立起对宪法坚定不移的信仰是对公众宪法情感的最高要求,是树立宪法意识的最高层次。公众普遍的宪法信仰可以成为建设社会主义法治国家的心理基础,从而为建设社会主义宪政奠定良好的精神底蕴。面对宪法信仰在中国法治建设中的缺失,切实实施宪法,树立宪法权威,是树立宪法信仰的关键之所在。

The core of running the state according to law is running the state according to constitution,so is the key to ruling the state. The highest require to public's feelings of constitution and the highest level of public's constitutional consciousness is building up the firm belief to constitution. The public's constitutional belief at large can be the mind basic of the construction of socialistic country rule of law,and it also can lay a good foundation to building up our socialistic constitutionalism construction. Facing the lack of constitutional belief during the construction of China's rule of law,the key to building up belief to constitution is the faithful enforcement of constitution and building up the constitution authority.
