通过对焦亚硫酸钠法保险粉生产过程的分析及合成机理方面的论证,认为部分保险粉是由甲酸钠与二氧化硫反应生成的甲酸和亚硫酸氢钠(包括碱以及含钠离子的盐与二氧化硫生成的亚硫酸氢钠)反应生成的。为保险粉生产过程中投料比的确定提供了理论依据。

According to production process analysis of sodium hydrosulfite by sodium pyrosulfite method and demonstration to synthesis theory, it was pointed that sodium formate reacted with sulfur dioxide (including sodium bisulfite by alkali, salt contained sodium ion and sulfur dioxide) to produce formic acid and sodium bisulfite. This provided theoretical basis for material input ratio in production.
