摘要
目的 :观察食管癌术后早期肠内营养对免疫功能的影响。方法 :30例食管癌患者随机分为治疗组 (早期肠内营养组 )和对照组 (普通输液组 )各15例 ,术后24小时治疗组应用赫力广行肠内营养支持8天 ,对照组常规输液治疗。术前和术后第一天、第九天测定IgA、IgG、IgM及T淋巴细胞亚群 ,观察肠功能恢复时间及不良反应。结果 :术后第九天治疗组免疫指标较对照组迅速恢复 ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0.05)。结论 :食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养支持可以恢复和改善机体的免疫功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of early enteral nutrition on immune function in patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.Methods:30 patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation were randomly divided into treatment group(early enteral nutrition group) and control group(normal infusion group),with 15 cases in each group.In 24 hours after operation,the treatment group received harmonic-M early enteral nutrition once a day for 8 days,while the control group received routine infusion.IgA,IgG,IgM and T lymphocyte subgroup were detected before operation as well as the Ist,9the day after opertion.The restoration time of intestinal function and adverse reaction were observed.Results:On the 9th day after operation,the immune indices in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can distinctly improve immune function in patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.
