编者按:本文就中美三个联合公报的形成和30多年来中美关系时好时坏、复杂多变的实际进行了回顾,从中可以看出美国政府对华政策在台湾问题上的两面性.

This article looks back to the formation of the three joint communiqués signed by China and the U.S. and the reality of 30-odd years of Sino-U.S. relations which are characterized by their complexities and changes and a now-good and now-bad situation. From here one can see the dual character of the U.S. China policy in regard to the Taiwan Question.
