Since entering into the 21st century, Kazakhstan has made rapid progress in economic development, especially thanks to the oil price in international markets rising to a very high level which made it possible to reap substantial benefits in revenue. Under such circumstances, Kazakhstan has put forward a program to renovate its industry and a development goal of 'three increases.' These actions mean opportunities as well as challenges to China.
