活性依赖的听觉中枢可塑性分子机制 被引量:1

摘要 外周活性依赖的听觉可塑性分子机制涉及兴奋性突触后膜N 甲基 D 天冬氨酸受体 (N methyl D aspartatereceptors,NMDARs)激活所诱导的a amino 3 hydroxy 5 methylisoxazole 4 propri onicacid (AMPA)受体 ,NMDARs和有丝分裂原活化的蛋白激酶 (mitogen activateproteinkinases,MAPK)参与的基因转录调节及突触局部选择性mRNAs翻译调节 ,本文综述了近年来有关听觉传入活性改变引起听觉中枢可塑性的基因转录产物表达变化和中枢神经系统突触局部mRNAs选择翻译及这两种调节的可能机制。
