摘要
权利对等作为人力资源管理的基本原则,是得到权力者和权利者共同认可的。权利对等包含五个方面的内容,即利益、主张、资格、力量或自由,这些内容中的任何一个都可以用来分析权利对等的实现是如何依托于人力资源管理水平的提升的。权利对等必须针对存在着权利不对等的问题而提出,权力对等的实现必须从人力资源管理的各项实务中寻找对策。
As a basic principle of human resource management,rights equity is accepted by both authoritative power and the rights enjoyers.Rights equity is composed of benefits,claims,qualifications,power and freedom,any one of these contents is may serve as the proof that the realization of rights equity is dependent on the promoting of level in human resource management.Rights equity is brought up because there exist unequal problems and the way to the realization of rights equity lies in the practice of human resource management.
