儿童虐待史问卷在抑郁性疾病群体中的信效度

The Childhood Experience of Care and Abuse Questionnaire(CECA.Q):Reliability and Validity in Depressive Disorder

目的 :引入供临床使用的儿童虐待史问卷 (CECA .Q) ,并在抑郁性疾病群体中进行信效度分析。方法 :16 0例抑郁性疾病患者及 6 0名正常人群测试了CECA .Q ,分析CECA .Q在抑郁性疾病中的内部一致性和重测信度和效度。结果 :CECA .Q的精神虐待部分的Cronbach’sа系数为 0 .84 ,其中憎恶因子为 0 .83,忽视因子为 0 .82 ;其重测信度 0 .78,憎恶因子为 0 .77,忽视因子为 0 .74 ,躯体及性虐待的两次测评一致性好 (Kappa =0 .87)。CECA .Q的精神虐待分值与儿童虐待史晤谈评定提纲 (CECA)的精神虐待分值正相关 (r =0 .81,P <0 .0 1) ,躯体及性虐待两者测评的一致性好 (Kappa =0 .83) ;抑郁性疾病患者组的精神虐待分值高于普通人群组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CECA .Q在抑郁性疾病中具有较好的信效度 。

Objective:To study the reliability and validity of the Childhood Experience of Care and Abuse Questionnaire (CECA.Q) in depressive disorder. Methods: The samples of 160 depressive patients and 60 normal controls were tested. We examined the internal reliability, test-retest reliability and validity of CECA.Q.Results: The Cronbach’s a coefficient of psychological abuse of CECA.Q was 0.84;Antipathy, 0.83; Neglect, 0.82. The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.78;Antipathy, 0.77; Neglect, 0.74. Agreement between ratings of twice questions on physical and sexual abuse is high (Kappa=0.87). Psychological abuse scales of CECA.Q were significantly related to CECA(r=0.81, P <0.01). Agreement between CECA.Q and CECA on physical and sexual abuse is high (Kappa=0.83).The depressive disorder patients significantly had higher psychological abuse scales of CECA.Q than normal controls( P <0.01). Conclusion: The CECA.Q shows acceptable reliability and validity as a self-report measure for Childhood abuse experience in depressive disorder.
