摘要
目的 :探讨中小学教师职业压力源及其对策。方法 :运用问卷调查法对 5 0 0名中小学教师的职业压力进行了研究。结果 :(1)教师职业压力主要来源于学校、社会和个人因素 ;(2 )教师性别、任教学校、职位、学历、职称和教龄都会使教师在学校、社会和个人因素上的压力感表现出差异。结论 :中小学教师职业压力源与教师特征变量之间不具有整体上的一致性。
Objective: To investigate the source of primary and middle schools teachers' occupational stress and countermeasures. Methods: 500 teachers' occupational stress was studied through the questionnaire methods. Results: (1) Teachers' occupational stress mainly comes from school,social and personal factors; (2) Teachers' sex, school,position,academic experience, occupational title,and teaching years made teachers' stress feeling different in school,social and personal factors. Conclusion: The relation between source of teachers' occupational stress and teachers' characteristic variable wasn't consistent on the whole.
