绝经期舌痛症患者雌激素水平与心身症状的研究

A Study On Mental Health and Estrogen of Menopausal Patients with Glossdynia

目的 :探讨绝经期舌痛症患者内分泌水平的改变与心理因素之间的关系。方法 :以 87例绝经期舌痛症患者和 82例对照组进行成组病例对照研究。检测二组的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)水平 ,用自行设计的调查表对研究对象的心因性躯体症状进行调查 ,焦虑自评量表 (SAS)与抑郁自评量表 (SDS)进行评价。结果 :舌痛症组的血清E2水平明显低于对照组、FSH水平高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,SDS、SAS标准分均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,绝经期舌痛症患者具有多项全身躯体症状。结论 :内分泌水平变化对更年期女性的心理健康有着重要影响 。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between psychological factors and the serum level of estrogen in menopausal women with glossdynia.Methods:87 menopausal women with glossdynia and a randomly selected control group (n=82) were comprehensively investigated with the method of case-control study.The serum level of estradiol(E2) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) were measured.All cases with glossdynia and control were evaluated by the Self-Rating Annxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS). Results: The serum level of E2 was significantly lower in menopausal women with glossdynia than that in control group( P <0.05),and the level of FSH was significantly higher in patients with glossdynia ( P <0.05). Glossdynia group exhibited more symptoms of somatization, and both the scores of anxiety and depression in the glossdynia patients were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: The result of the study indicated that estrogen was associated with mental health in menopausal women with glossdynia and may be the major factor of glossdynia in menopausal women.
