可持续发展是生态、经济、社会三位一体的协调发展。我国农村劳动者科技文化素质低下、农村剩余劳动力无法顺利转移、经济发展缓慢是制约我国农村实现可持续发展的主要因素。充分利用各种教育资源 ,完善基础教育体系 。

Sustainable development means the coordinated expansion combining ecology, economy and society. Because of their poverty in scientific knowledge, the surplus labor force in rural areas cannot be transferred to other occupations,which results in the slow economic development.All this restrains the sustainable development in rural areas. Therefore the basic strategy of sustainable development in rural areas in China is to make full use of the various educational resources and carry out adult education and professional education so as to improve their quality as quickly as possible.
