摘要
介绍了新型推土机车架结构及受力特点并用有限元分析方法对两种危险工况进行了强度分析对比。指出推土机承受偏载、提升油缸提起并以最大推力工作时车架受力最恶劣。针对此种情况 ,提出了改进方案。为大功率推土机的结构改进提供了依据。
The frame structure of a new bulldozer was developed and its loading characteristic compared with a traditional bulldozer was obtained. The frame strengths at two dangerous operation cases were analyzed and compared by the finite element method and a reliable result was gained. Based on the results obtained in this work we recommended some corresponding improving schemes.
