摘要
利用大型有限元工程分析软件 ANSYS建立柴油机机体、油底壳等部件的有限元三维模型 ,并用试验模态分析对计算模型和结果进行验证。对各种改进结构的动态响应和模态进行计算分析 ,找出最佳结构参数和形式 ,达到了比较明显的降噪效果。应用 SYSNOISE噪声仿真分析软件分析油底壳噪声场分布时验证了模态正交特性的理论分析结果。
The finite element mode analysis method, the noise simulation method and the test mode method were used to reduce the noise from a vehicle diesel engine. The finite element models of an engine block, oil pan, valve cover and gear cover were established by using the ANSYS software, and the calculation results were validated by the test results. The calculating analyses on the mode and the response of structures were done to find the optimum structure parameters and shape, and the best result of reducing noise, under which the production line could not be affected, was obtained. The normal character of vibration mode was validated in this paper that would provide a theoretical evidence for using of the mode normal character to solve engineering problems.
