摘要
根据激光散射理论开发了衍射散射式激光测粒仪 ,利用光电探测器收集颗粒的散射光能量 ,经过信号转换和计算来测量喷油雾化颗粒的平均直径。介绍了系统的组成及其测量原理 ,并通过该系统对某种电控喷油器燃油喷雾的颗粒粒度变化情况进行了实际测试 ,验证了该测量系统的实用性。
The atomized droplet size of fuel from an electronically controlled sprayer will affect the quality of gaseous mixture and the combustion of a gasoline engine. A laser measuring apparatus was developed for atomized droplet size analysis and its theory and structure were introduced in detail in this paper. The scattered lights of droplet size were collected by a photodetector and finally the average diameter of atomized droplets was calculated. The testing measurements of the atomized droplets from a fuel sprayer were carried out by this apparatus.
