摘要
针对汽车起重机伸缩吊臂结构局部稳定性难以计算的问题 ,以 ANSYS软件为工具 ,给出了其有限元法的分析过程。将吊臂截面作为整体考虑 ,建立了吊臂结构局部稳定性计算的参数化有限元模型和参数优化模型。以矩形截面吊臂为例 ,计算其临界应力值 ,所得结果与解析法相吻合。并进一步计算得出了将吊臂截面由矩形演变成六边形时临界应力的提高程度。给出的计算方法适用于任何截面形状的吊臂结构局部稳定性计算。
The local stability of a telescopic boom structure in a truck crane was analyzed by the finite element analysis approach and ANSYS package in this paper. Considering the boom cross section as a whole, a parametric finite element model and a parametric optimization model for local stability calculation of a boom structure were established. Taking a rectangular cross section boom as an example, its critical stress was calculated. The calculated value coincides with that from the analytic method. The increased value of the critical stresses from a hexagonal cross section compared with a rectangular one was obtained.
