摘要
研究水稻钵苗有序移栽机投苗装置内部负压变化规律以及钵苗下落时间和位移关系 ,确定吸气活门、投苗活门的最佳开启和关闭时间。结果表明 ,吸苗管距吸苗口 0~ 5 0 mm区段是负压产生吸力 ,使钵苗脱离钵盘并加速的区段 ;空气室内部负压分布均匀 ,起到防止钵苗被吸入吸气口的作用 ;吸苗管断面尺寸小于导苗管断面尺寸的设计合理 ,有利于提高负压。吸气活门由开到闭时间最佳为 0 .2 88s,最长不能超过 0 .32 0 s,合适范围 0 .2 88~0 .312 s;投苗活门最佳开启时刻为吸气活门打开后 0 .2 88s,最迟开启时刻为 0 .312
The variation of negative pressures in seedling launching mechanism and the relationship of seedling dropping time and displacement with pressure were studied to determine the best opening and closing times of air sucking valve and seedling launching valve. The result showed that the pivotal section of separate from tray and accelerating seedling was 0~50 mm to the seedling sucking plate. The vacuum in air chamber distributes uniformly so that the seedlings can be prevented from entering the air sucking tube. The sectional size of seedling sucking tube is shorter than seedling inducing tube, which helps to increase vacuum. The best time from open to close of air sucking valve was 0 288 s. The reasonable range is 0 288~0 312 s and shouldn't be longer than 0 320 s. The best opening time of seedling dropping valve is 0 288 s later than that of air sucking valve and shouldn't be later than 0 312 s.
