摘要
针对目前气力雾化技术中存在的气液比高、能耗大等缺陷 ,应用流体力学理论建立混流器的流动理论模型 ,通过控制体理论推导混流器气体运动方程及液体运动方程 ,设计了能节省能量的预混式气力喷雾系统的整套方案 ,并进行试验研究 ,验证其理论推导的正确性。
Aiming at the defects existed in the current air spray systems, such as high gas liquid ratio and large energy consumption, a flow model of mixing device was developed by applying the fluid dynamics theory. Momentum equations of gaseous and liquid phases inside the flow mixing device were established. A whole project of the pre mixing air spray system, which could remarkably save spraying energy, was designed. The experimental results proved the validity of the system.
