摘要
设计了基于计算机视觉技术的鸭蛋品质无损自动检测分级设备的硬件系统和软件系统。阐述了总体结构、工作原理及检测方法。该设备可一次完成蛋心颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋大小、新鲜度 4个指标的检测和分级 ,具有快速、准确、高效、可操作性强等特点 ,实现了鸭蛋品质在线检测、分级过程的自动化。
An automatically detecting and grading device based on computer vision was developed including its hardware and software subsystems. The general scheme, working principles, and measurement of this system were described. This device can complete detecting and grading of duck egg quality, such as egg size, egg freshness, egg shell thick, egg yolk color and so on, only once. It has the features of precision, quickness, high efficiency and automatization.
