当代新一轮经济全球化的本质特征是市场化和自由化 ,复兴于 2 0世纪 70年代的新自由主义理论是当代经济全球化的主要理论基础 ,它极大地促进了当代经济全球化的进展。我们要在看到新自由主义在全球化进程中的主导理论地位的同时 ,也要认识到新自由主义理论并非尽善尽美 ,力求在我国积极融入全球化过程中最大化地做到“趋其利 ,避其害”。

The essential characteristic of the contemporary new- turn of economic globalization is marketization and liberalization. The new liberalism theory rejuvenated during the seventies of the 20th century is the main theoretical foundation of the contemporary economic globalization. It has promoted the progress of the contemporary economic globalization greatly. We should be aware that the leading theory position of new liberalism in the globalization process, at the mean time, we should realize too that the new liberalism theory is not perfect, so as to “hasten profit and avoid hurt” in the course of incorporating globalization actively of our country.
