摘要
我国实施素质教育的成效并不显著,其制约因素主要有经济发展水平的限制,欠佳的教师素质,考试机制的制约,市场经济的作用,现行教材的局限,评价制度与资源体制的制约。
The success of quality education in our country is not evident. The restrictions are as follows:restrictions of economic development level,of teachers' poor qualities,of the necessary existence of examination system, of the function of market economy,of textbook evaluation system and resources system.
