Review of and Suggestion as to the Experience Diploma Examination

教育部决定从明年开始结束文凭考试试点工作,取消高等教育学历文凭考试,对全国450所进行文凭考试试点学校造成巨大影响。如果对现行的自学考试制度进行改革,把文凭考试的"改进点"吸收到自学考试中来,把自学考试统考课的1/3改由学校实施考试,那么,现在进行文凭考试试点学校即可转做高教自学考试全日制助学。

Ministry of Education has decided to stop diploma exam of higher education from next year. This decision will greatly affect the diploma exam carried out by 450 universities and colleges in the whole country. If the ministry reforms the present self-taught exam system , puts the diploma exam into the self-taught exam and changes the one third courses of the self-taught into that examined by colleges and universities, then the diploma exam system now carried out by schools may be turned into the higher education self-taught exam system with full-time aid.
