详细地论述了基层推广系统的现状、作用和功能,进而提出了加强基层推广系统的对策和建议,为政府决策部门对今后农业技术推广体系的改革、建设提供参考和借鉴。
Operating situation and function of basic level extending syetem were discussed in detail, and proposal and methods to strengthen its function were suggested. It also provided references and lessons for state policy-making body to reconstrucing of agroculture technology extending system.
