摘要
教师成为研究者是新时代教师的必然选择。但从我国中小学教育实际来看,中小学教师成为研究者,还面临着下列困境:教师参与教育研究的时间极少;教师参与教育研究的设施短缺;教师参与教育研究的素质较低。走出这些困境的措施是:真正减轻教师工作负担;切实保证教育经费投入;着力抓好教师培训工作。
Teachers’ becoming researchers is teachers’ inevitable choice in the new times. But according to the educational reality in the primary and middle schools of our country, the primary and middle school teachers are faced with the following predicament on their way to becoming researchers: they have little time to make educational research; they are short of educational research facilities and they lack educational research qualities. The measures to extricate teachers from the predicament are: really lightening teachers’ working burden; assuring the allotment of education funds conscientiously; making great efforts to do well in the work of teacher-training.
